Stop Using Plastic Bags!!  everytime i grocery shop, i cannot stand using all those plastic bags.  they are a waste and terrible for animals.  i have been too lazy to find just the “right” cloth bag, but i finally found the cutest bags at Herbivore clothing:

i think we made this pizza over the past weekend.  sorry for the bad picture, but it has roma tomatoes sauteed with basil, onion, and vegan mozzarella cheese.

yesterday for lunch, i quickly bbq’d tofu and mushrooms with a side of basil-parsley corn:

comfort food

sometimes you just have those cravings for something warm and comforting.  tonite i mixed together some veggies, soy chicken and elbow macaroni. i added braggs liquid amino, vegan cream cheese and sour cream and EVOO, YUM with a sweet potato to make me feel healthier.
