Hunan dumplings (Macro & Vegan) from Earth Fare:
ingredients: unbleached wheat flour, organic baby bok-choy, organic cabbage, shitake mushroom, organic scallions, organic celery, organic onion, filtered water, organic parsley, organic garlic, organic apple cider vinegar, organic tamari (water, organic soy beans, salt), hot pepper, sea salt, spices, sesame oil
This was last night’s dinner, hunan dumplings, and spinach salad w/ asian sesame ginger dressing.

I’ve made pot stickers from the Vegan Planet cookbook but I don’t have a recipe for the hunan dumplings. They are so delicious!
