Deliciousness. Vegan chocolate cupcakes with chocolate ganache topping, recipe from Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World. This is a great book if you are interested in making vegan cupcakes. Simple read and easy instructions with a lot of variations to try. I’m just sad to say that I have had this book for quite a long time and have waited this long to try it!
