I’m a little behind here, I have lots of pics to update the blog….I just need to make the time.  Here are a couple pics from our sushi dinner:

Today’s afternoon snack was a bowl of delicious fruit.  I am so happy spring is here.

tofurky wrap

For today’s lunch I had a tofurky wrap with leaf lettuce, soy cheese and hummus in a whole wheat tortilla wrap.

A while ago I made this delicious and so EASY apple crisp in the crockpot.  The recipe is from Vegcooking.com.
