long time, no post! 

We made this pizza a couple of weeks ago, I just haven’t had time to post!  A whole wheat crust, vegan alfredo style sauce, vegetables, basil, rosemary and veg mozzarella cheese.

This pizza was easy to make, and it was super healthy with the freshly ground whole wheat flour.  The dough isn’t as easy to form with the WW flour, but it was delicious and light.

Delish!  Why, yes, I do eat a lot of pizza & pasta!  But, I’m very skinny and I can afford to eat all the pizza and pasta I want, Yeah!  I have eaten pizza and pasta every week of my life for almost 30 years now.  This is why it’s so great to be a vegetarian.  I don’t get my pizza from greasy pizza hut smothered in cheese, I make it healthy myself. 

I had some soft light wonderful flatbread (that I really should make myself) and I added simple ingredients and crisped the pizza in the oven for a bit.   I believe this pizza had crushed tomato sauce, fresh garlic, onion, gimme lean faux beef, herbs and toffuti cream cheese & shredded veggie mozzarella.
